A signed rental agreement is required to confirm all reservations. Person making reservation must be over the age of 25 and must provide a government issued identification.
House rules
All properties are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking of any substance inside the home will result in eviction and extra charges.
No parties or events
Check in procedures vary per property and will be sent to you via email prior to your arrival.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be in writing to contact@yellowdoor.life (you must receive an acknowledgment of our receipt). 50% of all rents, cleaning fees, and taxes will be returned if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of the arrival date. However, if guest(s) cancels fewer than 14 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund of any rents and/or fees and taxes. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late-shows. We encourage the purchase of travel insurance through your insurance company to protect the cost of your trip.
Additional rules
Please treat our properties with the same respect you would your own. Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9:00 PM for our neighbors. Only guests on the original booking are allowed to stay on the property overnight. Absolutely no parties or events allowed. All properties are non-smoking properties.
PETS
Pets are only allowed at certain properties with a non-refundable fee (varies per property).
